Studio Fitness Class Descriptions
If you are looking for a class with full body strengthening and cardio, then our bootcamp is the perfect workout! This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our Bootcamp incorporates free weights, body weight exercises, drills and circuits. Every class is different and challenging, keeping you motivated to come back!
A high energy, zero impact workout designed to improve muscular endurance and tone. Exercises are performed utilizing a Ballet Barre and/or mat. The combination of both classic Ballet and Pilates exercises, with the addition of lightweight resistance, creates a full body, muscle fatiguing experience that strengthens muscles without stressing the joints.
Group Training is a combination of weight lifting, plyometrics, agility, and cardio movements. Starting with a challenging warm up, the trainer will get your heart rate up as you transition into the challenge of the day. After the challenging workout, you will then head through a select few stretches to help you stay flexible as well as bring your heart rate back down as you get ready to face your day.
Cyclefit is the perfect blend of indoor cycling and resistance training.
A mat based series of body-weight exercises that focus on core and hip strength, increased flexibility, improved stability and mobility and total body toning. Both therapeutic and challenging, this class is appropriate for all fitness goals.
