What is the cost for membership?

Our membership is all-inclusive, meaning your fee for training covers everything we offer, there is not an additional fee for membership. The cost of your training sessions include  24/7 access to the gym and facilities outside of your training days so that you have everything you need to be successful on your fitness journey.

Is there a contract?

Our no-contract membership policy means you can come and go as you please without long-term commitments and financial burden.

What can I expect on my first visit?

At Studio Fitness, we understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. That’s why your first visit with us includes a comprehensive training assessment that helps us understand your fitness goals, history, workout preferences, and more. Our certified trainers will create a personalized fitness plan that works best for you and your specific needs.

How long do sessions last?

The majority of our sessions last 1 hour, some of our trainers do have the flexibility in their schedule to do 30 minute sessions.
