Nathan

I started at Studio Fitness when I was 16, starting with cleaning and working the front desk. It wasn’t long before I earned my certification and began training others. Growing up, I played several sports, but it was soccer that I focused on throughout my high school years.

In 2015, I married my wife Carley, and together, we have two daughters and a son. As a family, we try to prioritize exercise and clean eating, setting an example for our kids. Staying at my best has become even more important to me, so they can see firsthand the value of living a healthy, active life.

At Studio Fitness, I’m proud to work alongside a team that shows our clients that it’s possible to balance an active lifestyle with the temptations of everyday life. I’m committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals while leading by example.

Evan

I’m a Rockwall native, having called this community home since 2005. I attended Rockwall High School, where I played a variety of sports and met my wife, Lacie. Now, as a father of four, I fully understand the demands of balancing family, work, and life. This is why I’m passionate about helping my clients build the physical and mental strength to face whatever challenges life may throw their way.

With certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Advanced Kettlebell Techniques, and Youth Performance Training from ISSA, I focus on intensity and consistency to achieve results. I believe in leading by example—never asking my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential and achieve awesome results!

Jesse

I’m 30 years old, born in Athens, TX, and raised in Mabank, TX, where I still live with my wife, Amanda, and our 2-year-old son, Nash. Growing up, I was involved in all sorts of sports, with a particular focus on football and track. Alongside athletics, I also performed as an acrobat in my family’s traveling circus, which has always kept physical performance a priority in my life.

Becoming a trainer has deepened my appreciation for what the human body is capable of, and I’m passionate about helping others discover their own potential. I’m an ACE-certified personal trainer, with additional ISSA certifications in corrective exercises, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. My motto is simple: “Bring joy and work hard.” This positive energy and work ethic are what I bring to every session with my clients.

Jeremy

I’m Jeremy, also known as J.D., Originally from Mississippi, I’ve spent the last 10 years in Texas. I’m a proud husband of 4 years to my wife Shari and father to our 2-year-old daughter, Ari Grace. I’m a graduate of Mississippi State University with an MBA and a minor in Sports Management.

My own fitness journey has transformed me from a "big kid" who avoided the pool to someone frequently asked, "How often do you work out?" This transformation is a testament to the power of setting fitness goals and seeing them through, something I’m excited to share with my clients. As an ISSA-certified trainer, I’m excited to share this process with others and guide them be to their best selves. When I’m not training, I love playing basketball, football, and going fishing.

Stephen

I grew up in the fitness industry, with my parents opening the gym when I was just 10 years old. From a young age, I had the privilege of working with a personal trainer, which sparked my passion for fitness that continues to drive me today. I started my career as a personal trainer three years ago, and after gaining some experience, I transitioned into sports medicine to broaden my knowledge and expertise.

My specialty is flexibility and mobility, and I’m passionate about helping people age gracefully while staying active and continuing to enjoy the activities they love. I believe that maintaining proper flexibility and mobility is key to long-term health and fitness, and I’m excited to share this approach with my clients.
