It is superb! Wonderful, nice, friendly, welcoming environment. You make people feel comfortable and welcome. It is not intimidating at all like some gyms can be. The staff and trainers are all very knowledgeable, experienced, enjoy what they do, genuine, friendly and care about people.  I am grateful to have found  your gym. It is a blessing to me.
